Our focus in providing this training is to ensure that your organisation enjoys maximum benefit from your established quality management system.
We recommend a two-day course (this can be tailored to one or three days as appropriate) which is designed to provide training on all aspects of establishing and implementing an effective internal audit programme, as well as providing guidance on how to carry out audits to seek improvement.
The course is presented by experienced tutors having a wide, current knowledge of manufacturing and service industries.

* review of system documentation and structure
* audit programme preparation
* practical auditing and review
* non-conformity reporting

Throughout the course there is extensive use of case studies and teamwork.

For in-house and certain public courses a live audit can be undertaken on part of the company’s management system.

For other courses the delegates use a prepared case study to evaluate audit technique and prepare them to write effective non-conformity reports.
